  • Manage the CEO schedule and provide support for scheduling meetings, take minute of meeting, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, provide relevant prep materials and appropriate follow-up
  • Prepare reports and presentations and handle a variety of ad hoc requests by researching information and conducting analyses
  • Coordinates and assists in developing associated business reports and prepares presentations. Organizes files, performs data entry and analyzes data, and maintains accurate records.
  • Support the CEO on any assignment of corporate communication such as internal/external communication, corporate social activities etc. follow up the business. 
  • Initiate and manage financial engineer business workflow. 
  • Review, forecast and analyzed treasury report  
  • Ensure that the CEO timetable is run smoothly, understand and prioritizing works, Assist follow up the progress of all function
  • Supporting Corporate administration task to oversee the storage and maintenance of the Bank’s important documentation such as the affidavit, the Memorandum & Articles of Association, the shareholder register, licenses and power of attorney, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial statistics or related fields
  • Having work experience 1-3 years in Finance Engineer,  Business Analytics and/or Business Intelligence analyst field will be considered in advance.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literate, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-tasking and prioritize with minimum supervision
  • Possess strong organizational skills, positive attitude, service-oriented and detail-oriented
