Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Hardware/Software trouble solving
  • Investigate and analysis IT problem
  • Provide solution and recommendation
  • Manage admin console gsuite for companies
  • Manage user in AD system
  • Document HW/SW Inventory
  • Document HW/SW Network Configuration
  • Manage configure firewall FortiGate
  • Manage LDAP on nas storage
  • Manage file sharing on nas storage
  • Manage CCTV system
  • Manage Log of company’s network follow policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a technology-related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in IT support.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide support in a timely manner
  • Good command in English
  • Experience in Tech Company will be advantage
  • Experience in IT admin responsibilities
  • Good serviced mind and team player
