Summary:
The Community Management is responsible for managing global and TH (Thailand) community engagement, overseeing social media account management, creating and scheduling Twitter posts, writing and publishing blog posts, coordinating social media announcements, sourcing and collaborating with marketing agencies, identifying and engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), briefing design teams for artwork and product video creation, assisting in the planning and execution of LIVE events, managing on-site event logistics, and preparing memos and payment forms related to events.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage global and TH (Thailand) community engagement, including responding to comments and questions, moderating discussions, and creating and hosting community events
  • Oversee social media account management, including developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, and analyzing social media metrics
  • Create and schedule Twitter posts, including writing engaging and informative content, using relevant hashtags, and targeting the right audience
  • Write and publish blog posts, including researching and writing informative and engaging content, optimizing posts for SEO, and promoting posts on social media
  • Coordinate social media announcements, including scheduling posts across all social media platforms and tracking engagement
  • Source and collaborate with marketing agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote Lightnet's products and services
  • Brief design teams for artwork and product video creation, including providing clear instructions and feedback
  • Assist in the planning and execution of LIVE events, including developing event concepts, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors
  • Manage on-site event logistics, including setting up and taking down event space, managing volunteers, and assisting with registration and check-in
  • Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to attend and speak at Lightnet events
  • Coordinate event production, including sourcing necessary resources, such as audiovisual equipment, catering, and transportation
  • Handle accounting documentation related to events, such as invoices, receipts, and contracts
  • Prepare memos and payment forms related to events
  • Assist with contract handling for event partnerships

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management or a related role
  • Experience in social media management
  • Experience in event management (preferred)
  • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) (preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
