Work Type: Full Time
Liaise with the HR Operation Team, IT and Hiring Manager to make on-boarding arrangements and to identify staffing needs.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social media, Linked-In and other)
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Prepare letters of offer, Agreement employment contracts and new employee packs for successful candidates.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
3-5 years working experience in IT Recruiter.
Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership.
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
Time management and planning skills.
Multiple skills and can work in dynamic culture of Technology Team.
Proficiency in English & Thai.
